Anger management for adults group meets Mondays at 6:30 - 7:45 pm

Pre group assessment required $75

Court ordered classes are approved

Classes teach anger triggers , that anger is a choice and how to deal with your anger appropriately.

If you struggle to fit in, are unsure of yourself, are timid and don't stand up for yourself, CARES can help you. Do you allow yourself to be in unhealthy relationships or let people manipulate you at work or personally? Are you ashamed of your past?

Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through counseling and treatment, we are able to help clients recover motivation, perspective, and joy they once had in their life. 

 

Trauma

Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events. 

Children are no different. Trauma can manifest in many forms. We can help your child overcome these symptoms and guide them through the process of grief and healing. 

 

Parenting Support

Parenting is the most rewarding yet challenging responsibility a person can have. Often parents are busy trying to provide the best life for their family and the family bond can be hindered by attention seeking, control, anger, misbehavior, illness, disability, or communication issues.Parenting support with ongoing workshops and tips can strengthen the family bond.   You can learn how to understand your children and their needs.

CARES WOMEN'S GROUP

Are you unfulfilled as a women? Are you unsure of your purpose or feel you lack vision? Are you in an unhealthy relationship or continue to attract the wrong type of people in your life? Do you want more in your life? If you answered yes to any of these questions join our new Women's group.

Professional Women support Group. Begins November 20th. Limited group size. $40 per session. Time 6:45pm - 8pm. Books and other interactive activities are a part of the group. Call in to be screened to see if you are a good fit be a part of this dynamic group of women. Or use our checklist on resources page.
